Our People

Kathmandu Waldorf Kindergarten (KWK) was founded collaboratively by Ms. Kavita, Ms. Sarita, and Ms. Shradha, who embody the principles of head, heart, and hand in their shared vision for education.

Our esteemed faculty members are all trained in the Waldorf pedagogy, ensuring a consistent and enriching learning experience for every child. Each class is led by a lead teacher supported by an assistant teacher, both of whom have undergone rigorous training in the Waldorf Early Childhood curriculum.

Our lead teachers maintain a nurturing and guiding relationship with each child, recognizing and responding to their individual needs within the context of the class as a whole. Moreover, they actively engage families in school life through open communication, regular parent meetings, and conferences, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration.

Our mentors

Over the years we have had many trainers come visit and train our teachers. To ensure the highest quality of education, we collaborate with mentors from around the world who support our teachers and parents in nurturing each child's unique potential.
